We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain products (hygiene items, personalized goods, etc.) are not eligible for return for sanitary or legal reasons.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided by the customer.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact customer service through the website’s contact form to obtain return authorization.

  2. Ship the items to the address provided by customer service.

  3. Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, a refund or store credit will be issued within 14 business days.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective or an error has been made on our part.
